Plymouth, MI — October 23, 2025 — POWER Sales & Strategy, an internationally recognized consulting firm specializing in sales strategy, sales talent development, coaching, and leadership development, has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant (EA).


Headquartered in Plymouth, MI, we’re seeking a detail-driven Executive Assistant (EA) to support our founder and help power the firm’s continued growth.


About the Role

 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves quickly and accurately, and enjoys taking ownership of projects that keep things running smoothly. This is a 1099 / contractor position averaging 25–35 hours per week, with a minimum 200 hours guaranteed before year-end (if start date is on or around November 3, 2025). Occasional in-person meetings in Plymouth, MI are preferred but not required. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Founder — including calendar, inbox, travel, expense tracking, and follow-up.

  • Manage Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Forms) with confidence and precision.

  • Keep files and shared drives organized and easy to navigate; locate or create documents quickly.

  • Capture ideas and notes (text or handwritten photos) and turn them into professional, presentable materials.

  • Use CRM to log activities, manage the lead pipeline, and track outreach or invoicing tasks.

  • Make 20–30 weekly outbound calls (email/LinkedIn/phone) to schedule introductory conversations or assist with speaking engagement outreach.

  • Handle basic client communications, meeting briefs, and post-event follow-up.

  • "Catch" anything coming from founder - a lot through texting - that needs to be taken care of behind-the-scenes


Ideal Qualities

  • Highly organized and proactive — anticipates needs before being asked.

  • Strong written and verbal communicator; polished, professional, and discreet.

  • Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, basic CRM use).

  • Independent and resourceful — figures things out without handholding.

  • Quick and accurate typist; comfortable multitasking across projects.

  • Ability to see open tasks through to completion, even in situations where claryification or follow up questions are needed


Compensation & Details

  • Contractor role (1099) | Target: 25–35 hrs/week | Remote, with optional in-person meetings in Plymouth, MI.

  • Guaranteed 200 hours by Dec. 31, 2025 (dependent on start date, with opportunity to expand).

  • Starting $20 - $27/hour

  • Start date: ~November 3, 2025.
